Teacher Qualifications
To continue to provide the highest quality in our music education classes, we need a strong partnership
between teachers, parents and students. Therefore teacher candidates should possess the following skills
for consideration:
- Leadership Ability
- Advanced Piano Skill Level
- Comprehension of Keyboard Skills Development
- Keyboard Harmony
- Simple Improvisation
- Music theory
- Sight Singing & Playing
Qualified candidates will participate in an extensive comprehensive training program and pass a final exam
for the certification process.
